  • No. We will supply the paint and include the cost in the overall project estimate.

  • We can work with all paint options. We do have quality results working with Sherwin-Williams.

  • At times, working in the Pacific Northwest can come with unexpected weather disruptions. If we are working on an exterior project  and it happens to be raining, we typically will wait until the next dry-weather day to continue or start the work. We do our best to stay on schedule and will be in communication with you throughout the duration of the project.

  • Yes, subcontractors are vetted and insured. All professionals brought on-site are specialists in their respective fields, ready to deliver with efficiency and care.

  • We provide a 2-year warranty on our labor and materials installed by us.

  • Yes,  E&K Contracting is bonded, licensed, and insured.

  • We’re more than happy to provide updated estimates and timelines. New client requests are quite common, and we’ll work with you to understand the additional service you’d like to include.
